Devon's Story

Life Well, kids, Pepperdine finally made me leave and I am now the proud owner of a really useful music degree. I'm currently getting an even more useful master's degree in music while freelancing for the Show section of the Orange County Register and working part-time elsewhere. Mostly I'm just singing songs, writing stories, and getting into trouble, just like the old days. No husband, no kids, no thanks!!!!!! I'm still in Brea, if you care. I miss you guys...well, most of you, anyway. School High school was a blur of flannel shirts and AP Exams. I sang in a choir and counted the days until graduation with the poster on the window ...Expand for more
of the ASB office. I managed to keep a low profile until the honors dessert, when a certain teacher, who shall remain nameless, announced to all attending that I had a passion for sex. If only he had done it before the prom--I might have had an easier time getting a date. College Turns out that strawberry hill is not the best alcoholic beverage on the market. Workplace Work sucks, Who's with me on that one? You spend all this time in college discussing ancient civilizations, Russian literature, and Kierkegardian Existentialism just to graduate and spend all Monday through Friday negotiating hostage situations with your copy machine.
