Dewey's Story

Life After graduation, I entered the Marine Corps. I got out as a sergeant in 1969. I was a police officer in Hutchinson, Ks. for 4 years. I then was a Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper for 24 yrs. I retired as a Master Trooper in Aug. 1997. I currently reside in Manhattan, Ks. I'm married, three children. One of my daughters passed away from cancer at a...Expand for more
ge 22. My son and other daughter live in Manhattan. My daughter is married to a police officer, and has two sons. My son is working on his masters degree in creative writing at Kansas State University. He has one book published already. I'm very proud of all three of my children. Life is good, and I have been blessed to share it with my wife, Cheryl.
