Diana's Story
I've been living in Montana since 1976. Have moved around a bit and now live in Lewistown. Had a flower shop in a great old cabin in Hamilton for the last 8 years (whew) until my husband, Paul and I moved here last August. Great small town, great people. Have a small house on the creek and hope to build next year. My son Justin is a pilot in the Air Force and just turned 30 (whew again...how time flies!) Many proud moments but a lot of worried ones. He's deployed more than home. But he and his wife did manage to have the time make me a Grandma in Oct. My step son Carl is going to the University in Seattle. Very proud of him too, 3.8 average. be a structual engineer. Skye my step daughter is living in OK. She is a teacher and her husband is also Air Force. And they are expecting their first child in Feb! It's raining babies!
Paul imports fresh flowers from around the world for US wholesalers. Mostly from South America. We travel a lot due to his work ( I get to tag along). Most of the time it's been amazing fun but have had a few tense times in Columbia. Wonderful people. That's how we can live in a small town like Lewistown and still make a living. All that's needed is internet, phone and an airport within 2 hours.
As with most people, not sure how I got here from there but life is good.
