Diana's Story
I am a mother of two, a daughter who will be 30 in Oct. who now lives in Australia, for the past 7 years. A son almost 26. And a grandson who will be 8 in May. I have been married 31 years in August to the guy in the before prom pic. I have a shi-poo that is so sweet.
I have really changed since high school. I used to have short hair and was thin, now I am...... different lol.
It seems life changes you so much. I have been blessed by God. There have been good and bad times, some so bad that I didn't want to go through them at all.
I lost my mom in 99 and I miss her so much. She, and my dad (still living), brought us up not to think we were better than anyone else and to be kind to everyone, even if they weren't back. I think of the
times that some kids in school weren't so nice, but hopefully time has cha...Expand for more
nged them. Mom especially raised us in a good Christian home. I am so thankful
for that.
It isn't important where or what you live in, or the size of your body it is your heart that matters. I am thankful for the tough experiences I have had to go through, because God made me stronger and confident, in a good way, from them.
I hope everyone is doing well and if things are tough for you, turn to the one and only who can be your best friend., God.
My sis started a group in yahoo. I wasn't able to post this before just go to yahoo and search for Shawnee High School.
P.S. I hope a lot more people will post stories and pics for people to see. Just be yourself. If people judge you they didn't matter anyhow...... Hopefully they have grown up.
