I was married to Gary Holmes until he died in Jan. 2004 of Leiomyosarcoma, a very rare cancer. We could not have any children.
I met a widower who had lost his wife to cancer too. I moved to Alberta, Canada from Pennsylvania (U.S.) and we were married in August 2005.

r skies that I was pleasantly shocked to find blue skies and birds singing in December up here! The snow covered Canadian Rockies looked like diamonds glistening from the plane. And I'd never seen such 'clean' cities before. The Northern Lights REALLY blew me away! I haven't seen it as spectacular as it was that first time when it filled our backyard sky with brilliant dancing colours! I couldn't take me eyes off of it!
