Diana's Story
Life
Married Dan Perryman in 1966. Went to Germany in 1969 while he was in the Army. Lived in Kansas City from 1971 to 1979 then moved to Georgia. We divorced in 1981 but remarried in 1983. We have two sons, Jeff, who is 31, not married, works for EDS. Kevin,26,lives in Nashville, TN, also not married, who is moving to NY City soon to work and help start a new church in the area of the Trade Centers. Dan has worked for a trucking manufacturer for over 30 yrs.and has been regional service manager since moving to Georgia. I was diagnoised with Multiple Sclerosis in 1987 and am on disability but have been in remission for 10 years. I play tennis and do Jazzercise. We enjoy lo...Expand for more
oking at furnished new model homes to get ideas. We try to see most of the latest movies. Music is still very much a part of my life if only through listening. We are taking advantage of the "empty nest" stage in our lives and life ain't too bad.

Oldest son now married with two children, a boy and a girl, ages 4 and 2. Never dreamed being grandparents would be such a joy. Our son doesn't live far away so we see them often. Dan planning to retire in 2 years. Always thought retirement was for old people. Sixty-two doesn't look that old any more. Spend our time taking care of grandchildren and both mothers. We are most definitely in the "sandwich generation."
