Remembering my Dad, Donald Cutter, on this Memorial Day.  He proudly served in the Pacific on the tanker USS Pecos.  This was taken in Honolulu in 1944.

Dad's ship, USS Pecos, was decommissioned immediately after the war.  Imagine spending the war on this piece of metal.
