I was the Agency Bookkeeper for Lomas Insurance Services and the Office Manager for Axon Technologies. In 1991 while on a contract job creating a customer marketing database for a mortgage company, Commander Financial, the Rates dropped and the refi boom began. I was the Senior Manager of a Self Storage in Dallas until we moved to Minnesota. I know its cold in Minnesota, but grandparents (my Family), better schools and opportunities brought us here. We got here the day before the 9/11/2001 tragedy. On Valentines Day 2002 my husband's Bladder Cancer was diagnosed. In March he had Surgery and received a neo bladder. 2 months later he started Chemo. Our son was only fourteen months when his father had surgery. We decided that the most important thing was making suire our son had memories of his father and mother, not a daycare. The doctor gave my husband the hard fact - a 50% chance that the cancer will be back within 5 years. Its now 2011 and he's still cancer free.".
