Diane's Story
Once upon a rime there was a 'girl' who sat playing Hangman with the guy sitting next to her at her high school graduation ceremony. That about sums up my attitude toward high school. I found it very 'cliquey'. My small group of friends was NOT in the "In" crowd. I think we had a lot more fun together than the In crowd did. We made it through without getting pregnant, suspended, or expelled. We didn't make fun of anybody for their appearance, speech impediment, glasses, family financial status etc, etc. We liked the Beatles (while they lasted), movies, swimming and the Catskill Game Farm. We never lacked for something to talk or laugh about.

is books in somebody's lap and took them on. At well over 6 foot and angry, he won.
I became an RN, specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Got my specialty in physical medicine and rehab, CRRN. Enjoyed SCI especially.
I married the wrong guy and moved to Michigan for the first time for 16 years. Raised my children alone. Returned to NY. Remarried now for 20 years to an angel. I've never been so happy.
I returned to Michigan 4 years ago, as my youngest child and grandchild needed me. I retired a year or so after moving. I live on my 3 acres and have little contact with people. unless I choose to. It's great! ; > I really feel like I said all if not most of my life's 'words' in my 42 years of Nursing. I'll probably change my mind eventually about getting out and about. Then I'll volunteer somewhere. Always wanted to work in a Library.
Hope you have all had fulfilling lives and many Blessings from our Lord. Di
