Diane's Story
I am very happily married to Tony Kiszonas. We have a 32 year old daughter. I was a teacher and a Library/Media Specialist. Until about 5 years ago I ended up in some accidents. I broke ribs (riding a bike), broke my tailbone, had a double roll over car accident. Then on 9-11-2012 I flipped and fell down cement stairs. I hit the same heel, at the exact place on my heel, bumping into 3 cement stairs. I could feel the crunch on the first step. I shattered my calcaneous (heel bone) and rotated a bone. I had a 5 year recovery and the first year I couldn't put my foot on the floor, per doc...Expand for more
tor mandate. I had physical therapy for the following year, and swam laps for 4 hours a day. My husband and I Ballroom Dance. I began walking again so we would be able to dance again. We have had many dogs and many of the dogs lived to 15 years old. That's a brief highlight of my life. Education: 1978 HS Graduation, 1982 Graduation from Eau Claire in Elementary Education and Library/Media; 1991 Graduation from St. Mary's U (a Master's degree) with an emphasis in helping children learn to read.
