Life
after i graduated from irvin iwent to texas tech- left there as a senior -went to colorado to sing in a group-- started skiing-lived in aspen-lake tahoe and hawaii then on my way to bum around europe with a friend was asked to do a modelling job which led to an offer from ford models and i ended up modelling for the next 15 years in new york (2 years) paris(9 yrs) milan (2 years) and around the world(japan, australia etc) then i got married and started importing french antiques and lived in aspen and paris In 1981 i left my husband and moved to telluride and became a ski instructor,had a child-a girl named shawnee who's now 21 and a senior at whitman college in ...Expand for more
walla walla WA majoring in world economics) and opened a boutique which i ran for 13 years In '95 i moved to dolores co in the four corners area where i still live I have a farm and am part of two antique stores -- i still ski often and have started painting -mostly with my mom who still lives in her house in el paso. i visit her every two months and help with the honey do's-- my brother greg(first student body president of irvin 1960) has just moved in with mom and is enabling her to stay in her home.
what's next? still want to ski love to go dancing, hiking and travel-in my small rv with my two dogs- and work on my house and farm- so guess it's more of the same
