I was pretty busy with the music and drama departments in high school I participated in Concert Choir, Madrigals, and was in two musicals. I enjoyed school very much, got good grades and had a boyfriend for a couple of years, yet we broke up before graduation of my senior year. Went on to college, but my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and after my freshman year I did not return to college until 1990. Again music wound up being my major - although I wanted to be a nurse. Vocational Rehab sent me to school at the So. Utah Uiversity in Cedar City, Utah after I finished my first treatment in alcohol rehab. Unfortuniately, my drinking didn't stop after that. ( You probably remember me pretty stubborn and had to have my own way) and I felt I could stop on my own.
