Diane's Story

Life In 89 I relocated to Atlanta and and receive my Bachelors in 2002. I attended Savannah State University with a BS in History and a minor in Fine Art. I have had my work in a few Fine art contests, Silent Auctions and Artist Market. One of my favorite thing to do is volunteer. I've volunteered for Hands on Atlanta, National Black Arts Festival, The High Huseum of Atlanta, Ballethnic Dance Company, the Majors Birthday/Campaign party, and at the Auburn Avenue Research Library for African American History and Culture. o wonderful experiences doing Archival work, Conservation and Preservation, Research and Oral History Projects, (off the coast of Georgia there is a Island called Sapelo. The families are direct descendents of Africans that were brought over. I devised the questionnnaire for the project. I have a daughter. She is a senior at a Women's College. School My biggest crush was on the Star Basketball player. The teacher that inspired me most was my French Teacher Mr Alewoi, and My Language Art Teacher Mrs. Hazzard My happiest moment in school was Graduating.
