Dick's Story
I attended school in Fruitland, Id from the third grade through the first semester of our junior year and moved to Vale in January of 1954. Both schools were packed with some of the greatest people you could ask for. I have always appreciated the warm welcome and acceptance Vale gave me. of some great athletes. After school I worked at Albertsons in Vale for a short time. After living in Meridian, Idaho for a couple yearsI took a vacation in the San Francisco area where I met Bobbie (Bobbie Alice Elkins). We have been married since August of 1959. We have six children, many grandchildren and great ones. I installed carpet through the years, now retired and living near Spokane, Washington. Life has been great. I am on facebook as Richard C.
