More about Dixie:"I have 2 daughters (Melissa & Erin)and a deceased son (Adam). I have 5 lovely grandchildren -2 granddaughters Bailey & Kayden; 3 grandsons Ethan, Carson & Maddox. It's great being a grandparent. I'm still teaching. Adam died January 22, 2011 and Max died April 13, 2011. 2011 was a rough year for our family. Everyone is hanging in there, we are survivors. Now it is time to start the next chapter of rest of my life, 2013 is going to be a great year. God Bless everyone!".
