Dolores's Story
Hello all,
After graduation, I endured a long journey to complete my B. A. in Communication Arts at Texas A&M Univ.-Corpus Christi. During that time, I enjoyed being part of some university theatre productions and being a college cheerleader at TAMU-CC. I also was involved in cheering semi-pro for a little while. I am now a high school teacher. I teach speech, I am the assistant dance team director and also direct a folklorico dance group at the school. I coached cheerleading for the past 6 years, as well. my Masters degree really soon. Needless to say, I am always extremely busy. Being busy keeps me young! Besides that, I am the mother of two beautiful girls and am married to a soccer coach/marathoner. In my "spare" time, I like to run and keep fit. I have completed two half-marathons and am looking forward to the third. In the midst of my crazy life, I have not forgotten where I came from. As a high school teacher, it's hard not to think of my past high school days and how things were at BHS. I hope all is well with you and yours. Take care!
