Don's Story
Hello, I have been involved in the economic development industry for nearly 20 years now. I started on the governmental side and now I am in the private sector as a partner in a firm called The Vercitas Group. I live in Las Vegas, NV and have a second home in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
My career mostly involves negotiating business projects that involve site location, construction of a new facility and large scale employment of people. I negotiate the pubic incentives necessary to cause the investment to occur.
I specialize in the entertainment and destination location tourism industry... so Theme Parks, Amusement Parks, Resorts, Water parks, Hotel/Spa/Casinos, and sports stadium along with entertainment retail centers.
I received my undergraduate at good old Wright State and then my MBA and also my Doctorate in E...Expand for more

I predict economic trends and risks for my clients and thus that is how I determine the level of incentives necessary.
I am an author, public speaker as a professional. More important I have been married to a wonderful lady for 18 years and we have two great boys 14 and 5. We love to travel and see the world. I feel very blessed. My parents still live in the old homestead in Dayton. Go Aviators!
I loved the spring break trip to Florida and I ended up in Dallas Texas with a car full of girls... that was cool. :-)
