More about Don:"Sometimes, I wonder who I really am. Sure I can run the basics. 40 years old; single; father of 12 and 10 year old beautiful boys. A preacher and writer. everything. We only see a portion. So I'm asking God to show me who I really am. I'm at the point in my life where I'm learning to look beyond my personality, beyond my faults and failures. Beyond my achievements and philosiphy and I'm trying to see through God's eyes. I live in the country but I'm a city boy in heart. I have wisdom beyond my years but I'm a child at heart. I have a deep sencerity in my outlook on life but I'm a closet comedian. So I guess for the 1st time in my life, I'm at the point where I am asking God to show me who I really am and not my friends or family or circumstances or sins. Not even my accomplishments can tell me. It may take some time but I'm ready to become the man that God sees me as. I am more than a conquerer. I am the head and not the tail. I am blessed and not cursed. I am 1st and not last. I can become more than I can ask or think. I guess that I haven't yet become the man that God sees me as. So I'll press toward the mark of the high calling.".
