Life
Well, let's see; after 12 years of the US Army,
June 1974 - Feb. 1987
Fun, Travel & Adventure.
I went to Culinary Sghool, worked around Jacksonville
Beach: First Street Grill, Calypso, Han's Bistro.
I moved to Greenville South Carolina, in 1990.
June 1990 - 1993
Worked as the Soux Chef at Seven Oaks Resturant
Nov. 1993 - 1995
Became Ex. Chef at Tahoe South

Transferd to Atlanta.

1999; BURN_OUT ( Time to regroup )
In 1999, I decided to start my own company.
I woke up one morning, and decided,I would go
into the Remodeling bussiness.
So in 1999, "OLD TIMER"S RENOVATION Co." was
formed, I have been up to my ass in alligator's
ever sence.
