Don's Story
Life
Suzie (McCallum) and I celebrate our 42st Anniversary in August.
We have 2 Kid Son: John and Daughter: Lori
We have 4 grandkids the youngest is 4 and the oldest is 16.
No pets (This is new for us)
We enjoy boating on Lake Mead in our 34' Searay Sundancer and two RXT Seadoos
We go camping in our 35'.Motorhome and tow our RZR in a trailer behind
If you are ever in the area please let us know. We are usually doing one or the other and would love to have you join us.
Everyone in our family has boats and trailers or motorhomes so it is us and about 20 more people when we go.
Dumont Dunes for Halloween, Thanksgiving and New Years. Zion area for Spring Break. Then we move to the lake for the Spring and Summer. We live a very full life and it is what is keeping us young.
Our favorite vacation is our annual trip to our timeshare in Hawaii (Oahu).
We have been in Las Vegas for 32 years and...Expand for more
love it here. Our whole family is here. Over the last 15 year the So. Cal members have migrated to Vegas.
School
Suzie and I both graduated in 1968 from J.W. North
College
Suzie Graduated from RCC in 1969 with her AA. She attended RCC half days our Senior year. Now you know why our kids are so smart.
I graduated from UNLV in 1982 with a BS in Computer Engineering.
Workplace
Suzie is the VP of Commercial Construction Real Estate for Wells Fargo Bank. She has been in Banking for 32 yrs.
I retired in May of 2005 after 36.5 years of Gov't Service. When I retired I was the Director of IT (GS-12) for RED FLAG at Nellis AFB, NV
I work part-time as an Adjunct Professor at the college here teaching Computer Science courses.
Military
I was Drafted in Jan of 1970 and stayed in until July 1978. I was injured in 1972 and after multiple surgeries the military said they couldn't do any more.
