Don's Story
Life
Went straight from WRHS to the University of Tulsa to study Journalism. Worked at Tulsa World at same time as a photographer. Took time off from TU to go into Marine Corps Reserve and graduated TU in 72. Married for 11 months; found reason for marriage failure when former spouse died of complications of alcoholism at age 35.
Married again 1979, divorced 1992.
Married again 1998-- continues happily.

sion, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Washington, Lima, Washington, Mexico, Washington. Retired in 1999. Worked at a counterterrorism think tank in Oklahoma City from 2000 to 2003. Was asked to go back into government to work in Iraq. Spent a year there from mid-2003 to mid-2004. Came back to OKC and became executive director of think tank. Resigned April 2009 and moving back to DC so wife can resume her government career. Two sons: Alex, born 1993 and Reed, born 2002.
Life is pretty good.
