Don's Story
Don is from Indianapolis, Indiana. Don's schools include Southport High School. Don later attended Indiana University (Biological Sciences), receiving a BA in Biology, 1967, and a MA in Plant Sciences, 1971. Spent 4 1/2 years in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman and clinical lab technician. Certified as a Specialist Microbiology - American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
In 1973, hired as biology and anatomy/physiology instructor at Durham Technical Community College, Durham, NC. Also served as program director in Pharmacy Technology and Phlebotomy programs. I...Expand for more
n 1991-2003 served as Dean of Health Technologies, administrating 9 allied health and 3 nursing programs. Retired 2007 as microbiology and pathophysiology instructor.

Movies Don likes include Action films, military or historical films.. TV shows Don likes include CSI, NCIS, Big Bang Theory. Hobbies include Natve American crafts, woodworking, and fine scale wooden ship modeling.
