Don's Story

I worked for an international company which produced cabin interior products for large commercial and corporate jet aircraft. I resided in Sydney, Australia and oversaw its sales in New Zealand and Australia. During this time, as a single person, I met my wife Margi and eventually retired in 2009. s my friends and relatives and the beautiful Northwest. I was so blessed to be raised there. But then again, Mudgee’s vineyards are beautiful and I would miss its kangaroos, Today, I have an interest in photography and an absolute love affair with golf. If only this love was mutual. Each year that passes, I find the holes are getting longer, the fairways narrower, and my handicap higher. Despite my scoring, it’s always fun to meet with friends and share a laugh together. I have one son, Sean, residing in Kirkland. He has visited us on two occasions and we've had the good fortune to climb Sydney's Harbour Bridge, I miss him immensely and wish we were closer.
