Donald's Story
Life
After grauduating from Fitzgerald in 1968 I served in the Army and went to Vietnam. In 1970 I was honorably discharged and got married to Mary Miller from the Class of 1971. We are still married. We have two children, three grandchildren with another on the way. In 1971 I joined the Detroit Police Department and retired in 1999. lgonac, Michigan. Who would have ever thought that? Mary and I enjoy boating, fishing, traveling and riding our motorcycle. I also enjoy working with the community and I am the current president of the Algonac Rotarians, Vice Chairman of the Chief of Police Association in St. Clair, Michigan and am on several Boards.
