Donald Dunn:  

Donald is from Richmond, Virginia. He is widowed. His wife (previously Mary Elizabeth Tepper - also Class of 1963) and high school sweetheart, passed away on 26 August 2015 of Ovarian Cancer after their 47 years of marriage. She fought the cancer for 18 months but it won the battle. They had six children (4 girls, 2 boys). Two born in Virginia, two born in Alaska and two born in New York City. Donald now has eight grand-children with two more expected in 2016. He graduated from Smithdeal Massey Business College with a degree in Junior Accounting in 1965. In lieu of being drafted in the Army he joined the U.S. Coast Guard. He spent 29 years, 3 months and 3 days with the Coast Guard retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 (Finance & Supply). During his service he was involved in saving 487 lives; which he is very proud of that accomplishment. He's traveled throughout the United States (only state not visited is Rhode Island), lived in Virginia, Oklahoma, California, New York, Wisconsin, Alaska (three times) and North Carolina (twice). He had the opportunity of foreign travels to: Russia, Japan, New Zealand, Tahiti, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Newfoundland, plus time in Antarctica (...Expand for more
