Life After high school and my military service, I became a carpenter and worked around the SoCal area. I married in 1973 and have one daughter (Wendy) who now lives in our family home in Garden Grove. In 1976 I went back to college on my veterans bill and completed my quality control program at night school while working during the day. In 1978 I moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ where I worked off and on as a carpenter, building houses in the growing town. In 1989 I sold my home in Lake Havasu and moved back to SoCal where I bought a home repair and remodeling company. I worked in the SoCal area again until 1991 when I moved to Las Vegas where construction was booming. In 1995 I went into truck driving and for several years drove semi trucks over the road. In 1996 I bought a Harley and took a job with a local Las Vegas trucking company that allowed me to work in Las Vegas and still have time to enjoy my Harley. I met my wife Cathy in 1997 through our mutual interest in Harley riding and we bought a home in Vegas in 1998. Since then, we have bought several new Harleys and traveled over 100,000 miles together - seeing the country and attending most of the Harley rallies around the country (such as Sturgis (every year), Daytona, Laughlin and twice to Miwauk...Expand for more
