What do you say about being anti terrorism before it became a federal case. Being on the bomb squad was very interesting. But it is one of the jobs where a higher power, wife, said to get out of. Now I just play with a Confederate artillery crew. BOOM!!! Starting the 150th anniversary of the war will keep us rather active. Mannasas is our first 150th. and we have to do YANKEE, blah!!! Our 148th Gettysburg was a real blast, LIGHTNING STRIKE type blast. Anyone who heard of the strike can say they know someone who was there. Manassas was rather calm, it was only 123 degrees on the field.
We survived the 150th events and am getting back to normal. Civil War Reenacting can be a real thrill sometimes.
The reunion was great. It was good to see the class. It was a big deal for my wife to meet people I have talked about.
