Grace's Story
Life
I have been married for 56 years to a former smiley student, Don Laird. We have 3 sons and 1 daughter. The oldest son is a coach and teacher and the father of our 4 beautiful grandaughters. Our daughter has her own business and has 2 children a boy & girl. Our next son is a high school Principle and the father of our 5th grandaughter and grandson and the baby son is a staff sgt. in the Marine Corp and returned safely from Iraq...Expand for more
. He was a DPS officer in Conroe and is now teaching criminal justice in a high school and doing duty as campus police. he has an 9 year old and 6 yr. old son and a 4yr. old daughter. Our oldest granddaughter recently gave birth to twins, so now we also have a great grandson and a great granddaughter.. We have finally bought our retirement home in the country. We are both retired and living in our waterfront home and fishing daily.
