Donald's Story
Since March 2007 I have been living in Albuquerque, NM with my wife of 12 years and my 3 daughters ages 11,9,8. I am currently working at an aviation company building small jet airplanes.
Before moving to NM I had lived in California for 26 years. The first 4 years in the Navy and the rest living in the Long Beach area working for McDonnell-Douglas/Boeing
as aviation structure mechanic. I worked there for 21 years. Well.. moving ahead a few years...Expand for more
to 2009 the aviation company I worked for filed for bankruptcy so I without my family moved to the state of Washington to work as a contractor at the Boeing Everett plant on the 787 airplane. Worked as a contractor for 6 months and was rehired with Boeing as a direct employee resuming my Boeing career. After 3 years of being apart my family finally moved here. As of 7/3/12 we've been living in Lake Stevens which is about 30 miles NE of Seattle.
