Donald's Story
After teaching American, World History and Psychology for 30 in the Hazelwood School District I retired in 1996. I received my BS in Ed. in 1965 and an MA in History in 1971 from Southeast Missouri State University. After retirement, I moved to my farm in 2000 and lived there for several years until moving to my present location at the Golf Course of Wentzville in Wentzville, Missouri. Love a round of golf but recent medical issues have forced me to give up the game. I still spend time at the farm from time to time and had a large vegetable garden for many years until it became difficult due to physical issues. I still spend time at the farm...Expand for more
target shooting and I used to hunt but age has put that to an end. Now I enjoy the simple things in life and try to live life to the fullest since medical problems have developed the last couple of years that limit my activities. I had Covid a couple of years ago and this has contributed to the medical issues. In all I still enjoy target shooting when possible and try to spend time on the farm when possible. Have always been a country boy at heart. Like the urban life but can only take so much and then must return to the peace and quiet of the farm.
To all good luck and enjoy life to the fullest. Remember nothing lasts forever.
