not have much of a social life since I quit drinking in 1999. I spend most of my time at home with my wife,do a lot of reading or watching t.v. when I'm not working. I normally only work from Mar to Nov, so the winter months can get pretty hard on the pocketbook. My wife,Anita likes to go for walks in the bearmouth Mountain area but with the price of gas going up, it makes it hard to afford it. A friend of mine has a small gold mine in the area and I think I'm going to take him up on his offer of helping him this year in looking for gold. at least a little bit.Maybe I'll get lucky.I've gained alot of weight since my 2nd wife died of cancer in 1992.I really haven't tried to lose it yet but I think I'll try this year.The mild arthritis in my hips gives me an excuse to not exercise but I think I'm just being lazy.".
