Go Broncos! Hello to all my long-lost classmates whom I've missed greatly. My wife (Julia Castellano) and I are here in San Antonio, Texas with most of our extended family. We have 3 children between us, six grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Julie and I combined our surnames so that's why my name is Castellano-Hoyt.

My book, Enhancing Police Response to Persons in Mental Health Crisis (Charles C Thomas, Publ) came out in 2003. The FBI published a nice review in its Bulletin in December 2005. Law enforcement jurisdictions use it as a textbook, and more recently several medical schools have started using it as well.
