Donald's Story
Left Bellevue High and ended up at Washington State University where I studied Architecture. Spent a semester in Copenhagen, Denmark!
Now in real estate development, based in Houston, Texas.
Began my career in Seattle working on large Boeing projects and in 1980 tranferred to the Irvine, Ca office. Was apart of design team on various high profile Fortune 500 companies. In 1985 was assigned as a regional Director of Business Development in the Los Angeles area. Discovered what I was really good at...Business Development and Sales, and continued over next 10 years and obtained record breaking company sales of over $750 million.

e Officer for AECOM, one of the largest Architecture/Engineering and Construction organizations worldwide. Once again in Business Development role, but this time focused on entertainment and leisure projects, such as St. Regis Resort in Dana Point, CA, Disney, Universal Orlando and Warner Brothers Spain.
By 2004, founded The DDM Group focused on master planning and entitlements of large commercial development projects. One of them is Angeles Fields, which features a new NFL Stadium for Los Angeles.
Have been fortunate to travel on four continents, and continue to travel worldwide.
Miss the Northwest, but the moss on my back has gone away (lack of sun joke).
