Donella's Story

Life Married- approaching 40 years now; have had quite the adventurous life, I guess; hubs is a retired Marine; we still have the RV (for now) but we "bought the farm", literally. We have become hobby farmers in Appalachia in our retirement! We are parents and grand parents ;D a grandson born in Apr 2009 and a granddaughter born in Oct 2010!!! Both teens now! Our daughter is still in OC. Still in conta...Expand for more
ct w/ a few from Uni :-) We have two dogs. I adopted a rescue horse in Feb 2015, so I have finally returned to horsing around! feels great! 40 years was far too long to be without something I love! and in 2021 we got a second horse, so my first horse would have company in the pasture. Also, since buying the farm, we have DUCKS! We also have chickens. Busy with our Airbnb and remodeling our farmhouse.
