Donna Larsen:  

Life I have lived in Spokane since graduation in 1971. After 10 years of marriage to Dave Hooke we divorced in 1982. I have been married to Larry Larsen since 1983. We have 6 kids! When we got married in 1983, the kids were 4,6,7,8 and twin boys 11. It has been a busy 22 years! Now the children are all grown, out of college and married. My husband and I are really enjoying the "empty nest" syndrome! Larry and I are both entrepreneurs and own 3 different companies. We are both licensed private investigators and own a company called Skyline Search. We specialize in financial fraud and forensic accounting cases. However, we still do some straight P.I. work too. We also have a company called CPW World. This is an Internet business that sells CPE ( continuing professional education) to CPA's around the country. It has done very well and one of our employees runs the day-to-day operations of this company. We started a new company in July 2005 called "The Forensic CPA Society". We have started a new certification for CPA's called an "FCPA"(Forensic Certified Public Accountant.) With all the recent scandals concerning Enron, WorldCom and Arthur Andersen, the field of forensic accounting has grown by leaps and bounds. My husband is a CPA and has a forensic accounting business and clients were continually asking him if a forensic accountant was a specific certification. He got tired of telling people that there really wasn't any certification for a forensic accountant. So, we decided to start one.
