Life
Okay, since graduating in 1976 I went right into the work force. I worked for JCPenney in their Merchandising Department, became a manager there. In the interim I had gotten married and three years later had a son Anthony. Got bored with the merchandising gig and went back to school only this time it was beauty culture. Got my license and got a job in a beauty parlor/hair salon. Loved the job, but not the marriage. Became a single parent ...Expand for more
which made it very hard to take care of a 2 and a half year old and work the crazy hours in a salon. Had to leave and go back to office work. After 7 years got remarried and had another son Nico. Went back to school, got my bachelor and master degrees in education. I teach middle school, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Social Studies and English Language Arts. I am still married to my second husband, Nicky and plan to continue to be....<g> That's it.
