Donna's Story
Donna lives in Irving, Texas, lived in Kingsport and Nashville, Tennessee, and was born in Buffalo, New York, but considers the mountains of East Tennessee to be home. Her schools include Two Rivers High School and Tennessee Technological University.
Donna is an author of science fantasy romance under her maiden name (Donna June Cooper). Her series, The Books of the Kindling, focuses on Woodruff Mountain, the ancient power beneath it, and the family that has hidden its secrets for centuries.
Donna belly dances (exercise AND shiny costumes!) and does yoga (flexibility AND strong bones!) when she's not writing/editing/revising. She also reads voraciously and enjoys quality time with her rescued long-haired chihuahua Hunny.
