Donna's Story
After highschool I worked for awhile. Did a variety of jobs (swinger at Old San Francisco Steak House, elevator operator at the Tower of the America's, gopher at the Express-news...)I traveled around the world for a few years just having fun and then I settled down in New York City. I spent around 7 years there working as a waitress/bartender/hell-raiser! I met my husband there and we eventually married in 1993. graduated in 2001. I specialized in Mental Handicap Nursing which I loved!!! My husband and I moved back to Texas in 2005 so I could be closer to my family and unfortunately we seperated the same year. We remain close and he visits me from Ireland often. (We still haven't gotten around to getting a divorce yet but it works for us LOL!) I work in the field of intellectual disability here in San Antonio as a case manager and I love my job! I'm lucky, not many people actually can say that! I'm happy to be back in San Antonio with my family and old friends. Life is good right now.
