Hello
I am currently working in upstate NY. I have been doing the "traveling thing" with the healthcare industry. I am a Respiratory Therapist.....long overdue with going back to school. Should have done so long ago! Back in 2001 I was getting bored with my job so I decided the best way to alleviate that boredom was to travel....meet new people.....see new places and decide where I wanted to hang my hat so to speak. I bought a house in Northern Maine...way N-O-R-T-H. Canadian border to be exact. A small town of 5,000. o cold in the loooong winter months...I keep asking myself "just what was I thinking?". So, the hat is not hanging yet....it still gets packed up every 3 months to get on the road for just another road trip in this beautiful country.
I have a 9 year old German Shepherd named Hailey. She is my best friend and always my companion. My better half I like to say. We all need to learn from our pets. Pets and little kids....so honest and sincere.....forgiving and always an unconditional love.
I have been to over 20 National Parks....hiking and camping. I love the great outdoors! Snorkeling is another love of mine. There is something about the undersea world that fascinates me too.
