Donna's Story
I'm researching my mother's Huggins family from Moundsville, WV. The family came from Marshall & Wetzel Counties and (further back) Greene Co., PA.
I'd love to hear from anyone who is also researching genealogy from those areas. My family surnames include Huggins, Dunham, Blake, Eddy, Keck, Kuhn, Yoho, Myers, Henry, Nice and O'Neil.
As for my years at AHS... well... it was so LONG ago! Funny how I thought I was so grown up at age 14 - I look at 14 year old kids today and they're so YOUNG. What happened? My best friend married at age 1...Expand for more
7 - they'd been together for 3 years and it seemed the right thing to do - but now I can't even imagine someone marrying at that age.
I do wonder what happened to the Class of 78. Were the popular kids also successful in life or did they reach their pinnacle before graduating? What about the so-called nerds - did one of them invent something and become Bill Gates-rich? Did anyone in the Drama Class go on to Hollywood or Broadway? What about the bullies - male and female - did they straighten up or are they, um, "residents" of the State?
