Stayed in Palm Beach County until January 2006, when my husband and I moved to North Central Florida (after those 4 terrible hurricanes in 2004 and 2005. Retired from Palm Beach Sheriffs Office in 2004 after 25 years of dedicated service. Stayed retired for 2 years, got bored and looked for part-time employment. Tried sev...Expand for more
eral different jobs and ended up working part-time at an elementary school in the school cafeteria. A job that I absolutely love, except for having my summers off. Widowed now for seven years, I have 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grand children. looking forward to a high school re-union; which I hope to attend this time.
