I am the person who is deaf and really had a hard time learning anything what with the teachers back turn to me and not be able to read lips. I was and am a very independent person who unfortunately did not take the time to learn American Sign Language nor was able to get a tutor. So, now I am going to be in college this fall for ASL, History and Astrology. You are never too old to learn, right? I have a son, Sean who is 33 and lives and work in the city. He loves living there, up high in the loft.
I moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 1986 and lived all over there for a little over 20 years and love it so. Had many adventures, mostly fishing and hunting. good, fighting fishes of all kinds. Sean, who got the biggest halibut on a charter of 10 adults really enjoyed himself as I. Alaska is so beautiful all year round. Lived in Kenai/Soldotna, Cold Bay, Fairbanks and North Pole. I am hoping to take Greg Brockman to Alaska for visiting and fishing. We have a place to stay and a vehicle to use so only the plane tickets is needed. Greg who has been my best friend since we were 15/16 years old and now been together for 13 years. I came back following my son who left a year earlier 2003. I was in Alaska in winter of 75 and loved it.
I love solving crimes as its like a puzzle to me and gardening. I also love riding our Harley and hope to get my own bike. I was such a wild child and now a wild women to a certain point, LOL. There so many of you that I knew by faces and some names that I love to see. I lost my yearbook and hope to get another one somewhere. To all of you may you have many blessings and take care of yourself. I know we have lost a few good people on the way and you have my condolences.
