Learning to live on my own, its a first. After all these years with Dean its a challenge, but will survive. Moved from mom's in with Dean and expected to have many more with him. Was just not meant to be.
I was born in Tomball and lived in Spring, then we moved to Pinehurst. Graduated from Magnolia High School in a class of 153 or there about. Moved in with Dean two weeks after graduating high school, we got our marriage certificate 7 1/2 years later. Lived in Clear Lake, Webster, Tomball, Friendswood, Houston, The Woodlands, Spring Branch and BearCreek. Lived on three of the four sides of Houston, just not the east side. Now back living in Clear Lake. Working at Unique Jewels with a great couple I've known since '83, or there about.

had multiple animals from furry to scaly, to feathered . Including Chinese water dragons, Savannah monitors, button quail, parakeets, cockatiels, Red tail boas, flying squirrels, a dog for short periods, miscellaneous fish, and then mice and rats to feed the other critters. Most of these at the same time. My mom used to laugh with me that she never had human grand kids just critters. Now we just have five cats, three sugar gliders, a fish tank with only "three" fish in it. One of which is a pleco that's about 15" long.
Been married to Dean now 27 plus years. Still together, had some really big rocks in that road but so far we've maneuvered through them.
Unfortunately he passed on October 17, 2010, the morning after celebrating 28 years with him. Is a road I never wanted to travel down, but now have no choice. One step, one breath, one day.
Have no idea what the future will bring. But will try to take it in stride, and not let it run me down to leave really big, ugly bruises and flamingo tracks in it's wake. And if it does will get up and dust myself off and keep going.
Tears of the heart are a crippling pain, but surviving them makes you a stronger person.".
