Donna's Story

Life I'm not a full membery, so send a message instead of signing the guest book - sorry! I left Barstow, went to Cedar City Utah to Southern Utah University. Graduated with a BS in Industrial Technology with a CAD/CAM (computer aided drafing/machining) - what a thing to master in, hu? Went to work in Las Vegas for the now defunct EG&G Energy Measurement (they did the test site shots - ooh, nukes!). I met my husband in Vegas - leap year day 1992. We were married Feb 19, 1994. We then moved to Italy (he's Air Force) for three years. I had my first daughter (1995) in an Italian hospital - interesting experience in and of itself... but a longer story due to the fact that she was a wee 3lb 2oz's a...Expand for more
t birth (6 weeks early). We then moved to Utah (can't get away from here, it would seem) in 1997 and remain here until my husband retires in 2001 - who knows where we'll be then - Florida (his home state) I assume in a few years following. My second daughter was born in August 1999 - a healthy 8lb 14oz (youch!) - here in Utah. Different world from Italy, but a fun experience. That is the extent of my life at this point. I Scuba dive when my husband twists my arm hard enough - I certified in College and he certified in Italy, so he still REALLY wants to dive all the time! Basically just living the family life and seeing the local sites - such that they are. Now we're in Georgia of all places!!
