Life
After graduation from U of M, I worked in Springfield, IL for a year as a school speech correctionist. I then had a year in Detroit Schools before marrying Renny Oas in 1953. worked for Western Michigan University. I retired in 1996 as Associate Professor, but I continued as coordinator of graduate internships for WMU until 2013. After that, I am chair of a committee of WMU Alumni of the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology. Renny died January 2006 after 53 1/2 years of marriage.
