More about Donna:"I am a loving person that believes in the "spiritual aspect" of life. Family and friends are very IMPORTANT to me. I am a truly BLESSED person. Retirement is now the norm for me due to a disability, seizures. The entire "core" family of mine have all passed which includes; Mother in 1997, Father 2004, little brother Scott in 1978 (murdered) and other little brother, Gary in 2006. I was their Health caregiver and took care of them, except for Scott, in their home. They wanted to die at home and I honored their wish. l secretary.....school teacher and Pharmacy technician. I was married twice and divorced twice, have been single for going on 31 years. Have been with, loved, lived with and friends with and still love one man over these past 30 years. Fortune has been on my side as far as friendships that have lasted over 40 years. I have a hand full of friends over 40 years and now there are new friends in my life that I absolutely LOVE and will continue to LOVE till my time is "up" here on Earth. My home is where I like to be most of the time. I am now living at THE OAKS OF CLEARWATER which is located on the inter-coastal waterway. I reside on the 6th floor and my view is GORGEOUS ! I am now involved in many games and crafts that go on downstairs in the lobby or auditorium. I like being here on the 6th floor because the Dr's are here, the beauty salon is here, the therapy is here. I have become very close to a hand full of ladies here and they make all the difference in my day. We all gather in the evening to have dinner together. I now have an electric scooter and I can get all over the building all day long. I look at this as a PERMANENT VACATION !! I can sleep till 11AM, stay awake till 2AM if I choose. No one bothers me here and I can have all the quiet time and solitude that I need. I am TRULY BLESSED !!!!".
