Donna's Story
Hello. My married name is Tejeda. I was married for 38 years. My husband passed in November 2009 I worked for the state of California; now retired. I have two children and four grandchildren, 3 boys and 1 girl.
Some of you knew my brother and sister. Barbara passed April 25, 2005. Wes passed September 6, 2018. I am now the only remaining member of my Hamilton family.
Update... I am a great grandmother of two. Mason born September 2020, and, Mariana born October 2022. I feel I am very blessed by the family I have. Both off the kids and all 4 grandkids have never had any issues with any kind of addiction or law issues. The grandson who now has the two children was actually the sober driver on his own 21st birthday. All are productive members of society, but, more than that, each...Expand for more
one is a good person with good and generous hearts. I am very lucky for sure in this life.
March 1 2023 I moved to Roseville. I am now in a house near my son and his family. My daughter and one of her sons and myself are living together. Her 23 year old son just moved to Georgia and just bought his first house. He moved to Georgia because he couldn't afford California housing prices. I have issues walking or standing for long because I need my entire back from the bottom of my neck to the bottom of my spine fused. I will not have the surgery because it will leave me unable to move my spine except for my neck and at my hips. Those limitations are hard to live with, so, I refuse to have it done. I live with pain every day, but, I am still blest because I have a great family.
