Donna's Story
I am in my 57th year and doing fine. I am now a retired reading specialist for the Juneau School District. I retired at 52 and went on to do contract work for the district. from Gonzaga in WA. We live in Alaska and have for over 30 years. It's a rain forest and quite different from eastern WA. People here are very outdoorsy and don't let a little rain get in the way of activities. We are surrounded by ocean and mountains, so the only way out is by boat or plane/jet. It is very beautiful here and green.
I decided to join this website to possibly reconnect with friends far away. Out 40th reunion is coming up next year. I have been fortunate to attend each decade party and see how we have changed and grown. Life has ups and downs, sorrow and happiness. It's a path we are all on, always changing and the unknown. Thanks for reading this. I hope to see many next summer. chow - (oops)-ciao, Donna
