Donna's Story
After graduation in 1968 I worked for Frito-Lay in North Brunswick for 6 years in the Accounting Dept. I soon met the love of my life, my husband Roy who was in the Navy stationed at Lakehurst NJ. Soon after we married in March of '73 we were transferred to Jacksonville, Fl, where he was stationed with a helicopter squadron for 18 months and then we were transferred to Ohio for recruiting duty for 5 years. ce of transferring overseas or back to Florida which was our choice and we have been here going on 39 years, My husband made the Navy his career and we couldn't have been happier. He has been retired now from the Navy over 20 years, worked for another company 18 years, left there to work in the school system as I did. He is retired now and after 32 years with the school system I finallyretired Both my sons are married and we have 5 beautiful grandchildren.
