Donna's Story
I an currently from Estero, Florida but lived in Indianapolis, IN for 49 years. I was a teacher and an Instructional Coordinator for 36 and a half years for the Indianapolis Public Schools, retiring in 1997. I belong to Alpha Delta Kappa, an International Organization for Women Educators.
I am currently a widow as my husband, Steve, died in July of 2012. We were married almost 52 years. I keep busy with reading, coloring!, computering (just invented that word), playing cards, eating ...Expand for more
out (I hate to cook but Steve was a gourmet), and participating in many activities here in the mobile home park.
My schools include Thornton, Wileyl, Indiana State University, Ball State University, IUPUI, and Butler. I was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi while at ISU.
My favorite athletes include Larry Bird and Peyton Manning. Music I like includes Whitney Houston, John Mellencamp, Barry Manilow, Elvis Presley, Roger Williams, Bill Haley and the Comets, Harry Belafonte and the Beatles.
